In this inquiry-based activity presented by the Sarasota Bay Estuary Program with Around the Bend Nature Tours, students are told a story about “Why the Crab Has No Head”. Observations are made with live crabs and potentially individual students may handle and release the crabs.

This trip is only available during the warmer months of September, October, early November, late March, April or May as crabs hide in the mud during cooler months.
