- Native Technology - students work in small groups to determine the use of the tool, then present to the group
- Extreme Foods: Native American – plan a feast based on what is available to your tribe, then present to group
- Nature and History Walk - incorporates both natural and cultural history of the site
- Atlatl Antics - developed by the Florida Public Archaeology Network, students throw atlatls (spear throwers), includes math
- Emerson Point Timeline - using a rope timeline, students plot points in history relevant to Emerson Point
